Activities that occurred earlier in the year included:

Fifth graders set up a monitoring system to track air and soil temperature fluctuations in the new grow dome to recommend winter crops.
-
Upper-level engineering and computer science classes from Durango High School worked on climate control challenges in the grow dome to make it more productive and simpler to manage.
